Jodi, I've been meaning to try this since you posted it MONTHS ago. I finally gave up on grilling out. We always get started too late. I found the dressing in the pantry and decided to cook the chicken (soaked in half a bottle of the dressing) in the crock pot. We got home that night, steamed some squash and zucchini; topped the very tender chicken with the petit tomatoes, per your suggestion; and made garlic bread. It was delicious. Thanks so much for the suggestions. I look forward to daylight savings so I can try the grilled version!

I've just bookmarked your site -- not only do your posts make me smile (LOVE the comment about your daughter being exhausted from cleaning 12 strawberries -- something I might have written if I had been writing things down back in the day.) but the recipes all look delicious. I'm pretty sure that I can find most of the ingredients here...

Thanks for a refreshing break in my day...or night.

Thanks for the recipe review and the speedier method of making it. I'm not watching little ones out the window, but the less time I spend preparing food, the ahppier I am! :) And by the way...how did my issue of Food and Family "assidentally" end up at your house? No wonder I had to get the recipe from you!
