		<description>It looks like you may have found a Tibetan Spaniel. Check the local vets offices and shelters to see if anyone has called in a lost dog. And keep in mind her owners may be out of town and not know she&#039;s out. 

If you do call the shelters, call from your cell or a non-traceable number, many of them &#039;require&#039; you to take the dog in, with no promises of what will happen if the owners don&#039;t claim her.</description>
