Yay! It’s Menu Plan Monday again, brought to us by the Organizing Junkie. I am posting from my mom’s again this week. It is so nice to live only 20 minutes from her. For lots of reasons, but in the summer, mainly for the use of her pool! (No offense Mom…we love you!)
Now on to the menu:
Tonight~ Spaghetti and Salads
Tuesday~ Roast with potatoes and carrots, Baked Beans, and Lemonade Stand Pie for dessert
Wednesday~ Roast Beef Sandwiches (using leftovers) and chips
Thursday~ Conquistadors
Friday~ We are celebrating Emery’s birthday by having pizza, salads, and cupcakes
Saturday~ Let’s grill something from the freezer
Sunday~ Give mom a break day! Please fend for yourself!
